关于 1stRentalServer 的一些限制说明

1stRentalServer 看起来是一个日本商家，其实是美国商家，在账单上是可以看到THOMAS OF AMERICA利用国US的字样。数据中心日本福冈，原生IP，国内过去属于是iij线路，与能网一样不太排斥外国人购买，但资料要真实有效，也不要使用代理或试图伪造资料，否则会导致订单欺诈无法购买，这时候就需要提交工单说明情况，这时候商家会要求你上传本国身份证、驾照或护照等证明身份的证件。购买相对比较困难，且是人工手动开通机器的。支付方式方面支持PayPal（但一月合约不可用），信用卡支付。

他们家有两个机器可以重点关注，一个是只要450日元普通的openvz的linux vps，另外一个是只要700日元的windows vps

官方针对TOS/AUP的限制，有一个网址：https://1strentalserver.com/kiyaku.html。但其实是还有一个限制说明的，具体最新的你可以咨询客服要完整的说明，这里贴一下我咨询的结果：

1、our all service fees are non-refundable.

2、our bandwidth is not high as compare other hosting companies.

If you need more bandwidth,you would be better to order such as AWS,vultr etc.

3、Our japan datacetner is very sensitive for spam issue.
If one of the client report spam issue,
all of our ip were banned by datacenter not only spam client but all non spam clients too.

The following is a list of content that are not accepted in our servers

3-1 Spam is strictly prohibited under our AUP. Violations of our spam policy shall result in a minimum $500 fine and possible termination and/or suspension of your account or Services without refund.

3-2 Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in abuse database or blacklist like Spamhaus you will be in violation of our AUP.

3-3 email is sent in bulk and mailling list is prohibited.

4、Mining of any cryptocurrency is prohibited on any 1strentalserver platform.
This includes but is not limited to individual, collective, or cloud mining of any digital currency.

5、All cancellation must be informed to 1strentalserver via support ticket at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Failing to do so, 1strentalserver assumes renewal of the contract agreed previously.
If no payment is received within 72hrs of the due date, the server will be taken offline and all data will be removed.
1strentalserver holds no responsibility for the loss of data.
